Eoin Colfer "Artemis Fowl" lag für vier Euro im Antiquariat.. und die ersten vier Seiten versprachen eine amüsante Mischung.

Irgendwann mal auf dem Kutter über den Link gestolpert.. und ich fand es zu schön, als dass ich ihn meiner Vergesslichkeit preisgeben wollte.

Der erste Teil ist hier schon gelaufen. Jetzt haben sie auch das zweite und dritte Buch in Serienformat gepackt. Sehr schön. Das sie sich nicht getraut haben das zweite separat stehen zu lassen war klar. Zuviel Politik, zuviel Detail zuweing Action.

Dune war eines meiner ersten englischen Bücher. Eine Ausgabe davon stand bei uns in der Bibliothek. die ersten 3 Bände in einem Hardcover. 8pt Schrift. Das müsste jetzt 8 oder 9 Jahre her sein. Zeit sich den Zyklus mal wieder zu Brust zu nehmen.
